§ 1What this page covers

How to delete the data TORIN holds about you and your agency, including data read from Facebook, Instagram and Google accounts. There are three ways: disconnect one account, close the whole agency, or ask us by email.

§ 2Disconnect one account

In the app: Integrations, the connection, Disconnect. The access token is removed from our vault at once. For Google and Meta Ads connections TORIN also revokes the permission at the provider; for the others the screen shows the provider page where you do it yourself. Data read earlier from that account stays in the agency until the agency is closed or you ask us to delete it.

§ 3Remove access on Facebook and Instagram

Independently of TORIN you can remove the app's access at Meta: Facebook, Settings & privacy, Settings, Business integrations (facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools), select the app and Remove. Instagram business accounts connect through Facebook, so the same page removes access to them. From that moment no read or publication goes through. Google accounts are disconnected at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

§ 4Close the whole agency

The agency owner: Settings, Account and appearance, Danger zone, Close the agency in 30 days. Until that date the agency works and the closure can be cancelled. After it we delete clients, connections with their tokens, conversations, data read from accounts, pages and skills, and revoke provider permissions wherever the provider allows it. We keep what the law or accountability requires: invoices, payments, token movements, the event log and evidence of accepted documents.

§ 5Ask us by email

Write to the address in the Email field at the top of this page, preferably from the address of the account, and say what to delete: the whole account, one agency, or the data of one Facebook, Instagram or Google account. We answer within one month at the latest (Art. 12(3) GDPR) and confirm what we deleted.

§ 6If your data reached TORIN through an agency

A comment under a business's post, or a message to that business, may have been read by the agency that serves it. The agency is the controller of that data (terms on the Data Processing page). Write to the agency or to us: we pass the request on and delete the data on the agency's instruction.

§ 7Backups

Backups are encrypted and rotated, so deleted data disappears from them within 8 weeks at the latest. The full rules are in the Privacy Policy.
