Torin Inbox

Business email where Torin helps and you send.

Torin Inbox at inbox.hiretorin.com brings your business mailboxes into one list. Torin reads, summarises and drafts. It will never send an email: a person sends it, with a click on the card for that one message.

Accounts open on 1 December 2026. Join the list and we will email you once.

Torin Inbox: you press Send

Torin reads and drafts, you send the email, with a window to undo.

Transcript

Sent. To the wrong client. Torin reads and drafts. Sums up who wants what. The card shows recipients, sources and what's uncertain. The AI never sends. You do. By default, 60 seconds to undo. Mail help from AI. Your call. Meet Torin. Start free today.

Send card

5 questions before every email.

Torin's draft never goes out on its own. On the card for that one message you see the answers, and the Send button is only there.

Send card

Torin prepared this message. You send it, with one click on this card.

What is this a reply to?
Marta Nowak's email from 9:12, “Tyres for 6 company vans”.
Where do the facts come from?
Price and time filled in by you in the draft.
From which mailbox, to whom?
To: Marta Nowak. From: your business mailbox.
What should you check?
The sentence with the price: read it once more.
How do you undo it?
For 60 s after Send, one click on Undo brings it back to Drafts.
SendAfter the click the email waits 60 s on the server.
  1. What is this a reply to?

The email this answers: sender, subject and time.

  2. Where do the facts come from?

Where Torin took the facts in the text from. If it didn't say, the card says “not checked”.

  3. From which mailbox, to whom?

Which mailbox and to whom. An address the agency has never written to is marked “new address”.

  4. What should you check?

Sentences with an amount, a percentage, a date or a promise, for a person to read once more.

  5. How do you undo it?

For 60 s after you click Send, the email comes back to Drafts in full. After that it cannot be recalled.

  • A blank to fill in blocks sending

While a blank to fill in is still in the text, there is no Send button.

  • Change the content, the card expires

The card remembers exactly what you see: sender, recipients, subject, body and attachments. If anything changes after it is prepared, the email won't go until you prepare the card again.

  • The card waits 24 hours

After that, the draft has to be prepared for sending again.

  • Undo works even if you close the window

The email waits with us, not in your browser, so closing the window doesn't speed anything up. You can set the undo time from 10 s to 10 min, 60 s by default.

  • Nothing goes out without your decision

A person orders the sending: with a click on the message or with a rule they switch on themselves and can switch off at any time. Neither the model, nor an automation, nor another connected program can trigger it; at most they can prepare the card.

Protection

The mailbox stays yours.

Torin reads and helps, but the mailbox stays under your control: nothing disappears for good, and everything he does stays in the history.

  • Reading changes nothing

Torin opens folders read-only and doesn't mark emails as read. Everything that changes something on the mail server lives in one place in the code, and a test makes sure no second one appears.

  • Encrypted with your agency's key

Mailbox passwords, copies of emails and the send queue are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) with a separate key for your agency.

  • Local cache for 3 days

At most 200 MB per agency and 2 MB per email. The original always stays on the mail server.

  • No permanent deletion

Trash is a move you can undo until the server empties it. Torin never empties Trash.

  • A log that cannot be edited

Everything Torin does is recorded together with how things were before. An entry can't be changed or erased.

  • A stranger's email is not an order

An email asking to forward invoices to a new address triggers nothing. For Torin, email content is data, not instructions.

Mailboxes

Connect in three steps: address, servers and password.

Known providers: Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, WP, Onet, Interia, and o2. For any other domain the wizard suggests the server settings itself.

  • Checks your email won't land in spam

While connecting, the wizard checks the domain settings (SPF, DKIM and DMARC). A missing one is a warning, not a block: the fix is made with your domain provider.

  • Password only after a test

We save the password only once the login works, and you confirm the mailbox with a code from your email.

  • App passwords

Gmail and iCloud let mail programs in only with a separate app password, which you create in the account settings.

  • Not Microsoft yet

Outlook and Hotmail mailboxes may require Microsoft sign-in, which Torin Inbox doesn't have yet.

Limits and price

For talking to clients, not for mass mailing.

Torin Inbox is switched on as an add-on to a plan, agency by agency. The add-on price is not set yet.

  • 50 emails an hour and 300 a day from one mailbox, 500 a day per agency.

  • At most 25 recipients in one email, copies included.

  • Emails up to 25 MB.

  • Reading mail costs nothing. Summaries, drafts and “Ask the inbox” are paid, and you see the amount before you click.

Mail in conversation

Torin sees the mail in conversation too.

Ask Torin about your mail in plain words, and a developer can connect it to Claude or ChatGPT. Either way, only a person can send.

  • In a conversation with Torin

Torin searches, summarises, finds unanswered emails and prepares drafts: 25 mail actions. He cannot send.

  • In Claude and ChatGPT, without sending

A key for Claude Code, Cursor or ChatGPT (MCP) gets only read, organise and draft. Sending only creates a card, and the email goes out after a person clicks.

Writing and selling

A tidy email, an offer from your price list.

Torin drafts, you decide. Prices come only from the price list in the Brain, and you always send.

  • Editor with formatting

Bold, lists, headings, links and up to 10 images between paragraphs. The plain text version is built automatically, and images travel inside the email, so the recipient loads nothing from our server.

  • Signature in your brand colours

The mailbox signature with the name and colour of the agency or of the client you write for. It holds only what you type.

  • 6 ready templates

Templates for the agency and for each client, with variables such as the recipient's first name and company. What Torin does not know stays as a field to fill in.

  • Offer from an enquiry

For an enquiry Torin drafts an offer from the services and price list in the Brain, with the scope worked out. A missing price stays a field to fill in, never a guess.

  • Topic and priority on every email

9 topics and 4 priority levels from rules, free. More precise labels from Torin after your consent, with the price before the click; your correction wins.

  • Thread next to the client

Email from a client's address or domain shows up next to that client in TORIN. An address from a free mailbox you assign with one click.

Try it on one mailbox.

No card and no password to sign up: a code from your email is enough.
