The full list of capabilities

What it does

Eight jobs, one employee.

Torin opens a big toolbox that unfolds into trays
  • normal range 99%28-day baselinetoday: −46% clicks

    Daily account watch

Spots an unusual day before your client does.

Every day it looks through your accounts and tells you when something unusual happens, before your client notices.

Every day it compares spend, clicks and conversions from Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console with the last 28 days, adjusted for the day of the week. It raises an issue only when a result falls outside the normal range (99%) and moves by at least 30%.

    • Money at riskWith every issue: what it will cost over a week and over 30 days if nothing changes. An estimate, not a promise of savings.
    • Ad landing pages404s and server errors, redirect loops, noindex, pages slower than 5 s.
    • Connection healthA warning 7 days before access expires and after 2 days without a successful read.
  • Torin Inbox

Torin writes the reply. You send it.

It reads the mail and drafts replies. You send them, and you can take a mistake back.

The draft lands on a card with 5 questions: what it answers, where the facts come from, who it goes to, what to double-check and how to undo it. After you click Send, the email waits 60 s on the server and one click brings it back to Drafts.

  • SEO analyses

A heat map of your Google Maps rankings.

It shows whether customers find you on Google and on Maps, street by street.

A 3 × 3, 5 × 5 or 7 × 7 grid of points around the business shows where the listing ranks for someone standing at each point. Plus Google rankings including the local pack and AI Overview, keywords, competitors, backlinks, an on-page audit and AI visibility. We buy the data from an outside service.

    • Google rankings
    • Keywords
    • Search competitors
    • Content gap
    • Backlinks
    • Google Maps rankings
    • Maps geo-grid
    • On-page audit
    • AI visibility
  • Price before consent

First the amount, then your yes.

A paid analysis starts only after you see the price and agree.

A paid analysis will not start until you agree to the amount shown. The consent covers that one amount, once: if the estimate changes, Torin asks again.

    • No consent, no requestWithout your yes the data provider does not even receive the query.
    • Consent is never rememberedEvery paid run asks separately; there is no “remember my choice”.
    • The amount is a ceilingThe price shown is the upper limit of what the run can cost.
  • AI visibility

Do ChatGPT and Claude recommend you?

It checks whether ChatGPT and Claude recommend your business.

12 questions your customers ask, 3 times each, to every assistant. The result is recommendations out of answers with a 95% interval, because the assistants' answers vary.

  • Changes to accounts

Changes with approval, then checks the effect.

It changes an account only after your yes, and then checks whether it helped.

A change goes in after your yes, with the previous state saved for undo. After 3, 7, 14 and 30 days Torin checks that it holds and did what it promised; if not, it suggests undoing it.

  • Client portal

Your client decides what we may do.

An agency's client chooses in their own portal what the agency may do.

A portal under the agency's brand, with decisions to make, a conversation and a list of what was done. Three levels to choose from: we read, we prepare and we act after approval.

  • Business brain

Learns the business from its website.

From the website address it learns what the business does, and asks whether it got it right.

From the site address it reads up to 5 pages and proposes the name, description, services, contacts and service area. Each field waits for your confirmation, and nothing you typed in is overwritten.

Numbers inside the illustrations are examples on a fictional business. The settings in the text (days, percentages, grid sizes) are the product's own.

A day with Torin

This is what his Tuesday looks like.

An example working day. The morning account review is a ready-made automation at 7:30; the rest of the day follows what happens in your accounts.

Torin in five moments of one working day
  1. 7:30

    Morning account review

What changed in the accounts since yesterday and what needs action today. Ready before your coffee is.

  2. 9:10

    Found wasted budget

A search campaign spends on clicks from outside search. The fix is prepared and waits for your approval.

  3. 11:00

    Reply to a tough review

A factual draft reply to a one-star review. You post it, from your own account.

  4. 12:30

    Social media post

In your brand's voice, checked against rules before it is handed over. It waits in the calendar for your approval of that one post.

  5. 14:00

    Article for a Google keyword

The keyword gets impressions but has no page of its own. The brief is ready; the article comes after your click.

  6. 16:00

    Client report waiting

Numbers from the accounts with the date they were read, plus a short email to the client. Waiting for your approval.
