Prices in euro (EUR), net, + VAT where applicable. VAT is set at checkout from your country and EU VAT number. Until our accountant confirms the rules for customers outside Poland, checkout adds 23% VAT and reverse charge for EU VAT-registered businesses is not available yet. The “Businesses” column says how many businesses (yours and your clients') a plan is meant for. Work that produced no result is not charged. Every account starts on the trial plan; you choose a paid plan in the app.

For the curious: how we count the cost
One credit is Torin's smallest unit of work. Model work costs as many credits as the model provider charges us, times 1.4: the markup covers servers, support and exchange-rate risk. Work that produced no result is not charged, and every answer shows its cost in credits.
Work levels are AI models: Fast: Claude Haiku 5.5, Standard: Claude Sonnet 5.5, Strongest: Claude Opus 5.5.
A task's range adds up its steps: each step is estimated from the instructions, the business context, the specialist's role and knowledge, and the answer length, at the price of that step's model.
Typical month: an answer in chat costs 45 credits at the standard level (at most 90 at the strongest), an email summary 2, a reply draft 14, rank tracking 111 credits for 10 keywords; tasks at the middle of their range (at most: the top).

Chat, reports, copy, email drafts and summaries. The cost of each answer is shown next to it, not only on the invoice.
Tasks that run on their own
Each run has its own cost, shown on the task card together with what the task did.
Paid data
SEO analyses and Google rank tracking (we buy the data from an outside service), measuring whether ChatGPT and other AI recommend your business, searching for industry news, an industry dossier (trends and regulations), competitors in Google Maps beyond the free limit, Google results analysis for a text plan, a brand voice proposal and Creative Studio graphics (a scene around your product, background removal, a fix to one area). Each waits for your approval with the amount in euro and never starts on its own.

What is a credit?
A unit of Torin's work. For €59 net you get 20,000 credits of Torin's work. How many credits a piece of work uses depends on what the AI doing it costs us: we charge that cost times 1.4, and the difference pays for servers and support. Every answer shows its cost in money and credits.
Do I pay per team member?
No. There is one plan per business or agency, and you control what each person can do with roles.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Torin stops before you run out of credits and tells you why. You pay in advance, so you won't get a bill you didn't expect. There is also a daily spending cap, so a mistake or a looping task cannot eat the plan in one day: Start about €6.41, Small about €23, Agency about €92. Work resumes the next day.
How much does a task cost?
Before a bigger task you see what it may cost, from the lowest to the highest amount, and under every answer what it cost. If the next step of a task would not be covered, Torin stops before it and asks.
What costs nothing?
Daily checks of your ad accounts, a check whether your website is ready for ChatGPT and other AI, and rankings from Google Search Console.
Does paid data start on its own?
No. A measurement we pay a data provider for waits for your approval, with the amount shown before you click.
What happens to credits I don't use?
Plan credits carry over to one more period, then expire. Top-up credits never expire. The ones that expire first are spent first. The trial plan (€4.58 of work, 2,000 credits) is one per company and does not renew. Once you connect the Google account of your first business (Ads, Analytics, Search Console or Business Profile), we add €4.58 more.
How much is a top-up?
No subscription, at the same price as a plan: 20,000 credits for €59 net, 100,000 credits for €249 net, 400,000 credits for €999 net, 1,200,000 credits for €2,989 net (+ VAT where applicable).
How do I pay?
In advance, in euro, against an invoice (+ VAT where applicable). A plan or top-up starts once the payment is booked. You pay for a month or a year and the plan does not renew on its own: we don't store your card and never charge you automatically. A week before the end we remind you in the app. The service is for businesses only. Torin Inbox is enabled as an add-on to a plan; its price is not set yet.
Can I pay in euros or dollars?
Yes, in euro; prices on this page are in euro, net. VAT is set at checkout from your country and EU VAT number. Businesses in Poland can pay in Polish zloty.
